Friends in Action - as the name suggests, has been a platform built to see all our friends in Rotaract and outside showcase their talent. This is a significant project holding rich history carried throughout the years being initiated by the Rotaract District 3220. The competition is categorized into group & solo singing, group & solo dancing as well as bands with the participants and audience significantly growing over the years.

This project is special to the Rotaract Club of Achievers Lanka Business School as Friends in Action was revived in the year 2013 along with the District 3220. Owed to club’s role in the success of the project, it was later completely handed to the club, to be organized as a project of it’s own.

With four editions of FIA concluded over the years, the competition has seen some brilliant participants who have excelled upon taking part, going onto become professionals forging careers in their respective fields. The project has also grown in scale continuously, now incorporating an audition, semi finals, work shop, photoshoots and the grand finale.

The project has not failed to win a PR award at the Rotaract district Assembly, in any of the years in which it was organized by the club
