Epitome, a professional development initiative by the Rotaract Club of Achievers Lanka Business School, focused on the importance of personal grooming for the members who are upcoming professionals in their respective fields. The project, held on the 17th of February at the Achievers Lanka Business School, was designed to help individuals feel more confident and presentable through proper grooming practices, encouraging them to prioritize self-care and well-being by establishing regular grooming routines, and educating them about the importance of personal grooming and hygiene practices to prevent illnesses and promote overall health. The session was conducted by Ms. Nevindee Amarasinghe, CEO of Good PR, and was open to the Board of Directors, general and prospective members of the club, other Rotaract and Interact clubs, and the public.

The session highlighted various aspects of self-grooming, including basic rules for dressing for the workplace, managing hormonal reactions through balancing food habits, ergonomics, posture, mental well-being, and safety measures in emergencies. It also addressed the topics of self-care and self-love, providing the audience with the necessary tools and resources to practice good hygiene and present themselves confidently in any workplace environment.
